Salad
Here I am taking a rest from hard but fun day’s work. Experiencing heavy work load is pretty normal to me. And during my pregnancy I didn’t take a work leave at all.. well, except during the first few weeks of my baby’s 9th month. A lot of people wonder, where did I get all those energy.
One thing I love is eating salad especially with spinach. And I believe that this has helped me keep up with the energy requirements of my job even when I was pregnant. I highly encourage you upcoming moms out there to do the same as this is a safe diet for weight loss during pregnancy and a good energy booster.
